How do I renew the service agreement on an existing Cerberus FTP Server license?

I received a quote:

Great! Review the quote and click the green accept button when you're ready for an email invoice. The invoice payment is due upon receipt (or you can send a PO to sales@cerberusftp.com for NET30 terms).  You'll get a renewal key once the invoice is paid or a PO approved. 

I received a renewal link:

Also great! You can check out at your convenience.

You'll get a renewal key shortly after the transaction is completed. 

Help! I didn't receive a quote or a link!

That's OK -- we do our best to send out reminders about 60-90 days ahead of your expiration, but sometimes emails are lost or the quote doesn't make it to you.  You can always request renewal pricing here.

Our team will generate a quote and send you a confirmation (including a link to view and download).
