SSL/TLS handshake failed error when syncing to another Cerberus instance.

When attempting to synchronize server settings from one Cerberus instance to another, you may receive the following error:

"Unable to connect: SSL_ERROR_SSL error 140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol - SSL/TLS handshake failed"

If you are receiving this error message either you haven't enabled HTTPS for remote administration on the secondary server, or you haven't restarted the Cerberus service since you have.

To resolve this issue you will want to enable HTTPS for remote administration on the server you are syncing to, and then restart the service.
