This allows you to create a profile with often repeated information such as Organization Name, your name and other information.

- The Sign-In window has a link where you can register for a new account
Use the form to create an account. You can even consider using a team alias, such as 'firstname.lastname@example.org' so that your support or IT team can share one Cerberus support account. This allows multiple team members to manage and access the same Cerberus tickets.
Once created, you can now log in and creates a ticket with this account.
