banner - shared password protected links
CompletedI do not see an option for displaying a banner when someone downloads or uploads files via the shared password protected links. Would it be possible to make this enhancement?
This would help us honor our commitments to customers. A banner is an excellent way to communicate acceptable use.
This would specifically allow us to meet compliance requirements. This is a problem because I never want to be on the wrong side of an auditor!
There is no known workaround for this problem. The needs of our customers would be best met if after we share Shared Password Protected Links we could present language that is similar to when a user logs in:
'Welcome to the Intelligent Automation Inc. (IAI) file transfer system.
This system is for use by IAI personnel, and IAI defined customers and clients only, and is continuously monitored.
Any transfer of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) must be approved by the IAI FSO, and IT must be informed during file transfer request setup. The sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited.'
