Log the IP of the requester in the email notifcation

We had a spate of spoof account requests over the weekend via the option on the initial Cerberus landing page.

May I request that the IP address of the requester is recorded and sent along with the email request that is forwarded to the admin to allow/deny the account.

I would also like an option to limit the number of requests from the same IP address within a given time. I have the data still from the rogue requests but they look like a script to me.

I know you can enable the captcha option but I don't like to run 3rd party code if I can help it.
