Refresh Interval Selection on Connections or Log Manager

Add dropdown with selection of the refresh rate along with a refresh button to Connections and Log Manager WebUI Administration pages.

default,1,2,3,5,8,10 should be sufficient.

  This is available in 5 second increments from 10 to 300.
