Custom Web File Shares

My suggestion is to basically implement what is stated here: https://www.cerberusftp.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3753
in particular:
- Allow the option to never expire certain shared files, this should be a permission so that standard users cannot make this change.
- Allow the ability for anonymous users to access a website page to download any file on the list that is permitted for anonymous access.

Hello,
An option to create a public share than never expires was recently added to Cerberus FTP Server 12.5.
The second request is a bit specific, but you can essentially achieve a page of anonymously accessible files by sharing a public folder, with no expiration time, and making it available without a password.
