Uploaded files failing

I get the error below when I try to upload a file

  Hello. 

  From your screenshot, it appears that the user account does not have permission to rename files. 

  Some FTP clients upload a temporary file ending in ".filepart", renaming it to the target name only once the transfer successfully finishes.

  You can either give your user account in Cerberus rename permission. (See: https://support.cerberusftp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000035019-Virtual-Directory-Permissions)

   

  If changing the permissions is not an option. You can use another FTP client or disable this feature in WinSCP.

  Click Options > Preferences.

  In the Preferences dialog box, click to expand the Transfer node, then click Endurance.

  Under Enable transfer resume/transfer to temporary filename for, click Disable.

  Click OK to save the changes.
