Reset password fails with 2FA
AnsweredDear receiver,
Users who passwords are expired can't reset their password if they have enabled 2FA.
The system will let them reset but when they want to login with their new password, it will propmt that they user is not known!
What is the solution?

Hi Dana,
We found out that the error is due to a bug that is fixed with the new update of the software. So we will test it again after the upgrade and if it shows up again then I will post a ticket to the support.
