    Hi, Eddie. 

     

    I don't seem to be experiencing the same issue as you running 11.0.4.0  

     

     

    Could you provide us with a screenshot of what you are seeing?

    Thanks, Eddie. 

    The only reason I know of that you wouldn't see the public upload option is because the user does not have permission to allow public upload or is a member of a group that doesn't allow uploads. 

    Can you show me the permissions the user has for the Virtual Directory in question?

    Here is a new one I have just created:

     

     

     

    Here is the user permission:

     

    All permissions are set via the Group permission, the "test" folder is a subfolder under Public Upload

    I have just applied the permission again and logged off and back on and now they are working, I guess one of the Cerberus upgraded stopped it working and re-applying the group permission "fixed" it.
