    What version of Cerberus FTP Server are you running?

    11.0.8. Just upgraded from 10.

    Hello Andrew,

    As long as the window is wide enough the sidebar menu should appear.  However, there are a few strange things about the look of your window that don't seem to match 11.0.8.  Can you reboot your server and see if the menu appears?

     

    I would also try clicking somewhere in the window to make sure it has focus, and then pressing F5 to force a reload of the page.  If neither of those solves the problem we can schedule a remote desktop session on Monday with one of our support technicians.

    It's definitely 11.0.8 unless the about box is wrong. I'll check it again after the next reboot.

    This happened to me. Exit the GUI and restart the Cerberus Service in Services Manager in Windows. Much easier than rebooting the server.
