    Hello Koen, thanks for your post. The issue you are experiencing is actually a bug in version 11 we have been working on. A patch has been developed and will be pushed in our upcoming 11.2.0.0 release in the coming days. In the meantime, if you need a workaround, on the menu options at the very top left of the Cerberus admin user interface you can select 'Configuration' > 'User Manager' to open the legacy user manager interface and add the change password requirement to the user there.
