System Message: Disable TLS 1.0 for SSL-based SOAP (Remote) connections

Why am I still seeing a System Message of: " We recommend disabling TLS 1.0 for SSL-based SOAP (Remote) connections" in the Summary Tab, after TLS 1.0 has been disabled? Is there somewhere else that I need to disable the protocol other than under Server Manager\Advanced\SSL/TLS Protocols? My current version of Cerberus Enterprise is 10.0.5.0. Thanks!

  We recommend disabling TLS 1.0 for SSL-based SOAP (Remote) connections

  In Cerberus version 10, please go to Confgure>Remote from there you will want to uncheck "Allow TLS 1.0"

  Hey Ken,

  It looks like you are using a pretty old version of Cerberus FTP Server.  I would recommend that you check to see if you have an active support agreement, and update to the latest release if possible.  Please check to see if your system meets the minimum requirements for version 11. https://support.cerberusftp.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001940504-Minimum-System-Requirements

   

  For Version 10, you need to go to Configure>Remote>Advanced Options to enable/disable those settings.
