Need to add the welcome message to public shares

Need the ability to add the welcome message and acknowledgement button to public shared files.  If users access this shared link they don't have to see or acknowledge the welcome message.

  Hi Terry,

  Thanks for reaching out.  Unfortunately, I could not say.  We can't make any guarantees on when or if a feature request would be implemented.  There are multiple factors that go into the decision, such as customer feedback (voting, comments) and determining which requests are inline with our vision of the product.  We have an internal system that we use to track all feature requests. Our product team reviews and discusses what features are important based on several factors.
