Add file hash information to download page for file integrity verification

Allow admins the ability to verify the file integrity of downloaded Cerberus FTP server installers. To fulfill compliance with standard CIP-010-3 Requirement R1, for example.
Why is it a problem?
We have a responsibility to verify software authenticity to ensure that the software being installed in is from a legitimate source
Is there a workaround you currently have for this problem?
Contact support and ask for the file hash of the installer.
Do you have a suggestion on how you would like to see the problem fixed?
Add the file hash information to the download page or the release notes.

How big is the problem? Who is affected by this problem (End Users, Admins, etc.)?
Small problem. Admins are affected.
