Regex matching in folder path for deleting old files

I would love to be able to use regex in the folder path for monitoring files to be deleted after they are 90 days old.

E:\wwwroot\[a-z|A-Z]ftpuser\

All of the “user” accounts that I want to delete old files from end in “ftpuser” i.e. joeftpuser markftpuser

We have other folders like E:\wwwroot\updatefiles and E:\wwwroot\Engineering that we do NOT want to delete old files from.
