Event to send file as Attachment by mail

Hello,

Can you check the feasibility to:

1. Use events rules : when  files uploaded for a folder, select the files as per the files name and send as attachment via mail to recipients.
2. Use event rules to create automatically create a public shares to send file uploaded to a folder as attachment with via mail to specific recipients.

This will help roaming users ( those travelling in remote areas where the network coverage is not so good) to have the files in their mail and do not have to connect to the sftp folder to download the files.

  Thanks for taking the time to submit a feature request! I just want to make sure I have a good picture of what you're looking for here.

  So this is looking for functionality around when a file is uploaded, the event selects the newly uploaded file, and instead of placing it into a directory, it pushes that file directly to the users email?

  2.Use event rules to create automatically create a public shares to send file uploaded to a folder as attachment with via mail to specific recipients.

  Then here, you're looking to use an event rule, to create a public share based on a file that is uploaded, then send that public share to a user's email?

  Below the clarified request in after arrows.

  We have several roaming users (mostly on the road to remote locations with low network coverage). So instead of having to connect to download the intervention planning and reports, it would be nice to have these planning generated on the SFTP folder and the events rules sent the files as attachment via mail.
