Assign Virtual Directory while Approving user

I would appreciate the ability to add, when authorizing a user, the ability to add a virtual directory before sending the approved email. I do as much by group as possible but we have one department in particular who has a lot of one off users with access to one subfolder. When creating the user I have to hurry up and open the user and assign the virtual directory before they connect.

I don't know that I've ever not gotten there in time, but I feel the stress every time I do it and know that if I get distracted at the critical moment, my GIS guy will be asking me questions through the cubicle wall.

And he knows where I live.
