Polling locally hosted freegeoip.net instance

Appreciate if you could consider adding an option to configure Cerberus FTP to use locally hosted freegeoip.net instance. By default it can poll freegeoip.net, but for those that are busy and hit the default limit of 15K queries per hour locally hosted freegeoip server would be ideal.
