Add Refresh button to Log Manager

I noticed the Log Manager shows outdated data on first try.

Not sure if that is a browser cache or a bug.

To reproduce, switch between Connections and Log pages in the Administration Interface WebUI. Log Manager show the top of the Log with outdated data from an hour ago. Then in 15 sec or so it refreshes to the latest log.

Please add a refresh button to force the refresh of the Log.

  Refresh option was added to logging in Cerberus version 11.2
