Search Log by date/time interval

Add functionality to access Log by date / time interval (From/To) from the WebUI Administration.

Think of usability stand point when a FTP user reports connection issue at certain time and the administrator needs to determine the cause.

The current Show '1000' functionality does not necessarily show older events at a point of time when the error occurred.
