Auto Approve Account Requests / Default User Group

We would really like to see an option where new account requests can be automatically approved and assigned to some "default" group, so that no intervention is required by internal admins.

Our particular use case is for clients to upload us data, and so that "default" group would only have Upload permissions and not Download permissions.  So we are not particularly worried about the system being abused.

  This would be a great feature. Example if the user puts a specific value in justification it will auto approve them.
