New User - Force Password Reset

When I create a user, I would like the user to be forced to reset their password... similar to how it is when you reset a password for an already created user.

  Quick update on this. While not currently available in the desktop GUI. If you log in via Web Administration this option is available in the User Manager.  

  We anticipate moving the User Manager to web-based GUI in a future release.
