File and Folder Password Protected Shares for SSH

We currently use the Folder and File Sharing option to isolate and protect other data not required by other teams. It currently only is useable via Windows and or a Browser. Most of our backed end servers are flavors of Linux that can only connect via SSH. The "Shared" links with or without a "Password" only are accessible via a Browser. Can we get the same functionality via SSH/SCP/WinSCP type connections over TCP/22? Then I can password protect a folder or file and send the needed link to the correct team. This way no matter what method they use to connect (HTTPS/443 or SSH/22) they can use the same link. Or have the option of a SSH Share that provides a different formatted link for either HTTPS or SSH connectivity.
