Event: User Disable Date Elapsed

I have setup the Event: User Disabled Date Elapsed. which works fine, however I am trying to filter OUT a certain account and have the following filter configured, which does not seem to be working:

Match if ANY Filters Match

IF U != <Username>

Doesn't seem to ignore that account and is still triggering the Disable User action.

Any ideas?
