Define user time constraints by hour / day

We would like to be able to define the time of day/ day of week that certain users can connect to our Cerberus Server. While we can do this via firewall rules or by using Active Directory, it would be great if we could set user time/ day constraints right in the Cerberus User Manager for native Cerberus accounts.
