Manual event execution

A button to manually execute a scheduled task without first having to edit the schedule to be "Never (Run Once)" would be nice.

Further, exposing the ability to trigger event execution to the SOAP Api would allow admins to execute tasks from other enterprise scheduling utilities. (The current solution is the external scheduling utility making a bunch of sequenced clunky API calls for the various desired actions. It would be nicer to just build the event in the Cerberus UI and execute it as a collection of actions with a single API call)
