It would offer a fixed/static public accessible link where one could offer downloads

Not really a problem but would be a nice to have additional feature

A fixed/static public reachable link, e.g. https://cerberusftp.domain.com/DownloadPortal where on could offer downloads, ideally with navigatable folder structure.
