Alert interval

When creating a share link you can set that email alerts are sent "on interval".  Can this be built into the standard event rules in Cerberus?  An example of the kind of event I would like to have email "on interval" would be:  https://support.cerberusftp.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007274179-Send-an-Email-Notification-on-File-Upload
