CSV Attachments for Cerberus Scheduled and Event-Based Reports
Regarding Cerberus event‑based, scheduled, and saved reports, we have observed that although these reports are successfully delivered via email, they are sent without file attachments. Instead, the entire report content is embedded directly in the email body as a long block of text.
Currently, Cerberus does not appear to provide a way to categorize or export these reports in a structured file format when delivered by email.
It would be highly beneficial if these reports could be delivered as CSV file attachments rather than inline email content. Receiving the data in CSV format would improve readability, enable easier analysis, and support automated processing or archival needs.
Please let us know if this functionality is available, planned, or if there is a recommended workaround to achieve CSV report delivery.
