Set proxy in "Transfer File Target" (Event Manager)

Hi!

unfortunately there seems to be no way to set a proxy server when trying to send a file with the help of the "Transfer File Target". 

The "Server Manager" proxy setting does not affect this!

I'd like to get rid off the WinSCP installation an do this "out-of-the-box" just with Cerberus, but our firewall won't let me because the connection is done without the proxy :-(
