    Hello Trung,

I am not sure I am seeing the same behavior at current. I went in to my installation of Cerberus, and used the login report. I entered 'connortest' when the only other account of this name is 'Connortest'. Are you seeing differently in your environment? If so, what version are you on currently?

    Hello Connor
Nice to hear from you !
Yes, I'm seeing differently in our environment.

We're running Enterprise 2016.1.1.0 and 2025.4.0.0 and unfortunately the Login Report username filter is case sentitive in both versions.

    A simple and quick test:

If the username filter is "b119706", Report Login returns 0 result for last week.

If the username filter is "B119706", Report Login returns 1 result for exactely same last week.

In this test the username is quite short and simple and I can easily cover both b and B

However we're normally using long username in the format like: DepartmentID_DepartmentName_UserId why the username can be presented at login with many different capitalization.

    Hello Trung,

Thanks for the update! That's interesting, that certainly is not what we'd expect from the login report. What we'll do, since you have a ticket open already - we'll go ahead and troubleshoot this through that ticket, and see what is going on here, as that report *should* already be case insensitive.

    Hello Connor

Please note that the username filter is case sensitive not only in Login Report but also in the File Report ;-)

I look forward to your update on troubleshooting the username case-sensitive filter issue
