CSV Export - Date/Time in Human-Readable Format

Can you implement a feature in the export process that either exports any columns displaying the time/date (eg. Password Last Changed, Last Login, etc.) to populate the data in UTC or some format that's easily readable?  I can't think of many scenarios where the export to Epoch/POSIX format is useful as opposed to displaying the actual date/time.

The only "workaround" is to manually converting this using a complex formula or other processes, which, as mentioned, is hardly usable.
