Expose the Account Request Date in Requested Accounts grid and/or Account Request Details
- What is the problem that this feature would fix?
When I notice an account request that's been sitting out there and I don't remember getting an email about it, addressing it would be aided.
When someone submits two account request with the same name a little time apart (which happens a few times a year - often for people who already have an account but are unable to reset their password for ... reasons).
- Why is it a problem?
It's a "would be nice if it were there" but doesn't cause insurmountable problems.
- Is there a workaround you currently have for this problem?
Search Email (I have a rule set to email me when an account request comes in) or search logs.
- Do you have a suggestion on how you would like to see the problem fixed?
Include the request date in the Requested Accounts grid and/or in the Account Request Details.
- How big is the problem? Who is affected by this problem (End Users, Admins, etc.)?
Admins mostly. Can slight delay assisting a user in rare instances.
