The Cerberus FTP Server service terminated unexpectedly

Hello,

The Cerberus FTP Server service terminated unexpectedly and de service didnt start automaticlly, even though de service is set to start automaticlly bit it didnt.

I traced the event log viewer and i found these 2 errors:

The second error:

The Cerberus FTP Server service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 2 time(s).
event id= 7034

could anyone please help me to figure out why the service is stoped? and why didnt start automaticlly?

  Hello Zakaria,

  I see that you are on version 11.3.0, this version was released around 11/17/2020. Since then, a number of improvements to stability, functionality, security and all around performance have been made to Cerberus. I would highly recommend updating Cerberus if you have an active support and maintenance agreement. Updating Cerberus will likely help alleviate service related crashing.

  I highly recommend reviewing our release notes before doing so, as there are quite a few changes in the newest 12.11 releases. You can see 12.11 specific notices at the top as well. Release Notes
