    Hello Jaime,

That would likely depend on how you have your logs set up. If you're using the default configuration, you'll be able to navigate to C:\ProgramData\Cerberus LLC\Cerberus FTP Server\log and find your log files. You can take the username, and search your logs for that username, using the time frame the incident occurred to focus your search.

Connor, thanks fo ryour response.  I was hoping thee was somewhere else they were stored.  We are only keeping 5 days worth of log files so not good from a historical perspective

    Hello Jaime,

If you'd like to look into changing up your logging settings to store more log files, we do have this document that may help: https://support.cerberusftp.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001954190-Logging-Settings. If you find yourself having any questions around this, feel free to open up a ticket and we'd be happy to help out.

With Cerberus Enterprise, you're able to set up your SMTP server for expiry emails, and in the same location that you would enter your SMTP server, is a location to send a 'Test' message. That would be your best bet to test out if emails are getting out without needing to change your policy.
