User Account Password Expiration Email

Is there a way to create a custom user account password expiration email?  Users outside our organization are sometimes confused as to the nature or safety of the email.  We'd like to create a custom notification that will provide them with some contact information to our support team.

  Hello!

  So there are a couple ways to set up a custom password expiry email. The first and recommended way, would be in the Enterprise edition of Cerberus, you can create an Account Password Expiring Event. Otherwise, you can edit the email template, which is the password_expiring.html located in C:\Program Files\Cerberus LLC\Cerberus FTP Server\webadmin\admin\email\events. Do know this will have to be redone when you update.
