    Hello Sao,

    So that type of behavior usually coincides with some level of service disruption, as it's having you re-connect the service connection. There's quite a few different possibilities as to the reason why this happens, from issues on the operating system, to a drive filling up. Ideally, if a disruption happens, the service connection automatically logs back in and things continue as expected, unless you have the option for the service connection to not prompt for a password disabled.
