Error while trying to Activate SYNC

When trying to sync my entreprise server to another server, i got this message on the second server : 

2018/09/11 10:45:28        SOAP Thread '6' finished serving request with failure : Validation constraint violation: missing SOAP message

Server version is 9.0.3.1

what did I miss ?
