Email not coming upon file upload

Hi,

I have setup the "file transfer event" to notify email on upload.

SMTP we are using is O365 which is test successful and saved in the "Event Targets" page.

Matches these conditions "Match IF all filters match" and conditions as below

IF D == false AND

RFP starts with \rootfoldername\Upload

Also I tried with LFP by giving the server local path completely but no luck, tried some other folder path variables as well still no luck.

Actions set as "Event Email Notification" and finally rule is enabled.

Can someone help me what I am missing here.
