User Permissions to subdirectory
I found an article where local users cannot delete things created by AD users, but my issue is opposite.
Folder structure
ftproot
| KRMC
| RETURN_FILES
Users using a local Cerberus user account cannot delete files from the RETURN_FILES folder.
The local user has Delete permission (along with all others) to the KRMC folder.
The SYSTEM user has full inherited permissions to the KRMC/RETURN_FILES folder.
I submitted a support request with support, but they are closed today (for Columbus day? "We" are still celebrating that!?!?)
Any thoughts on a work-around?
Thank you,
David

I would make sure the account the Cerberus service account is running truly has permission to delete files in the folder.
If you getting an access denied error in you Cerberus log, you have a permissions issue at the NTFS level and again you will want to review the service account or the permissions on the folder.
