Upgrading version 11.2.2.0 to 12.1.0.0
Hi,
A couple weeks ago we tried to upgrade Cerberus to the version 12.1.0.0, but found some problems to authenticate user from Active Directory.
We have internal users (with Active Directory authentication), we were using FileZilla or other soft to connect Active Directory users with Cerberus servers, before running the upgrade the connection worked very good.
After running the upgrade, we had some troubles with the Active Directory users.
When tried to connect internal user with FileZilla we got the following errors:
* Error: Authentication failed.
* Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
On the Cerberus serve side the log showed the following errors:
I've tried to telnet from my cerberus server our DC on port 389 and 445 and the connection is ok.
We will appreciate any advice to fix this issue.
Best regards,
Alexis BODIN

Hello Alexis,
Thanks for reaching out. Please note that 12.1.0 was released in July, and is not the latest version of Cerberus. We are currently on version 12.3.3. Please take a moment and review the release notes https://www.cerberusftp.com/products/releasenotes
We only officially support the latest version of a major release, and all of our testing and advice will be based on the latest version. We also want to make sure you are protected against any security vulnerabilities in older releases.After updating to the latest release, if you are still facing issues, please send us an email, support@cerberusftp.com, and we can open a ticket to further investigate your issue.
