One Virtual Directory -> more Users

Hello,

is there a possibility to share one virtual directory with more users?
It should not be a public directory.

Fowolling use case:

many customers should have their own creds an virtual directory an upload some files.
we need one "superaccount" with access to all of that virtual directorys to download the files.
