Hello Michael, please see answers to your questions below:

Could you please let me know if we can achieve the following using Cerberus FTP.

1.Is it possible to let 2FA users reset 2FA by themselves. (just like self-service)

If you update to our latest release, that is now possible. An enhancement released in Cerberus 12.7 now permits 2FA users to reset their passwords without involving the Cerberus admin.

2.How to do if we want to limit user to upload encrypted zipped file only to HTTPS. (file type mask/filter or event manage with rules)

An enhancement coming in Cerberus 12.8 this week will allow you to create an extension 'allow' list so that you can permit the upload of zip files ONLY if you wish. Note this list will apply to all protocols, however. Also please note Cerberus is not able to detect a zip file 'type'. You can disallow or allow zip file uploads, but there is no way to limit it to just a particular kind of zip file.

3.Is there have CSV import template for the reference for bulk account creation. Yes, please see this document: https://support.cerberusftp.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001951124-Importing-and-Exporting-Users-using-CSV-Files

4.If we have only SQL express 2019 (10GB size limitation for database size) , is it supported ? any other free database is support or recommended ?

SQL Express LocalDB is the recommend platform 10GB should be plenty of space to store your reporting for an extended period of time. Cerberus also comes with tools to allow you to 'purge' your oldest reporting data to create more space for new data. For instructions on how to integrate Cerberus with SQL Express Local DB for reporting purposes, please see the relevant section of this document: https://support.cerberusftp.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001951264-Report-Database-Settings

If you have any questions about these answers, please feel free to open a support ticket at support@cerberusftp.com
