When trying to synchronize server settings between two Cerberus instances, you might encounter the following error:
"Unable to connect: SSL_ERROR_SSL error 140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol - SSL/TLS handshake failed"
If you encounter this error, it means that either you haven't activated HTTPS for remote administration on the secondary server, or you haven't restarted the Cerberus service since making changes.
To fix this issue, follow these steps:
- Enable HTTPS for remote administration on the server you are syncing to.
- Restart the Cerberus service on that server.
