What happens if I don’t renew my subscription? Can I still use my license?

Cerberus FTP Server licenses purchased before April 10, 2023 are perpetual licenses and will continue to work with your current software version. Without a valid service agreement, however, you will not have access to technical support nor will you be able to update to any major versions released after your expiry date.

Cerberus FTP Server licenses purchased after April 10, 2023 are subscription licenses and will not work past their expiration date. You must renew before the License Key Expiration to keep access to Cerberus FTP Server.
