Can I indicate who the license goes to?

At Cerberus we want to make it as easy as possible for our new sales and renewal licenses to get to the correct person.

For each of our purchasing options, we have a way for you to let us know.

Quotes and Invoices

During the quoting stage, we ask for two contacts: the Invoice Contact and the Licensing Contact.

Note: for many companies, the person processing the payment is different than the person who ultimately needs the license. 

In the License Contact section on the quote, you can click on the pencil icon to edit the name and email address that are associated with the license. 

Because roles and responsibilities often change, we recommend using a generic email address like licenses@example.com.

The contact in this field will be reviewed to insure that no licenses get sent outside your organization.

Renewal Portal

After you input your credit card in our renewal portal, you will be asked to review your order.

In the Contact Info section, you can input information about the name and email that are associated with the license.

Because roles and responsibilities often change, we recommend using a generic email address like licenses@example.com.

Webstore

For webstore purchases, the licenses are automatically generated and sent to the email address that is used on the order.

If you are a Managed Service Provider or a Reseller, please request a quote using this form.
