What happens when my software expires?

Subscription License (Effective April 10, 2023 Onward):

If you purchased the subscription license on or after April 10, 2023, it includes the software, product updates, and access to technical support. These benefits are valid throughout the subscription term and will cease upon the license's expiration. You MUST have a current key installed in the product for all purchased features to be functional, so it is strongly recommended to ensure renewals are completed before the end of the subscription term for that year.

Perpetual License (Retired; Sold Before April 10, 2023):

For perpetual licenses sold before April 10, 2023, the software does not have an expiration date, and no features are disabled. However, the ability to update to the latest version and request technical support expires after a certain period. To continue receiving updates and support after the expiration of the support period, you will need to transition to our subscription offering.
