Can you select and download multiple files at the same time with the Cerberus Web Client?

Yes, but with a caveat. Unfortunately, downloading multiple files at once is not supported by any web browser yet and therefore is not possible in the Cerberus Web Client. This is a limitation in all browsers. HTTPS does not provide a way to download a folder or more than one file at a time therefore it is not possible to initialize a download of multiple files at once in a web browser with a single click. However, you can utilize our zip and download feature in the HTTPS web client.

In the Cerberus web client, select multiple files, then right-click to open the context menu, and choose the option “Download as Zip.” When selecting a single file, you can right-click to immediately “Download” the file.

After selecting “Download as Zip", you will see a notification letting you know the zip is being created.

A new archive of your selected files will be downloaded to your browser’s downloads directory. You now have an easy way to download an entire folder of files at once instead of needing to manually download every file individually.
