What about the edits you make to the localization? Those do not appear to be part of the backup.

Localizations are not included in the backup. We have filed an enhancement request to investigate if those can be included.

I'm looking to migrate from our old 32 bit server to a new 64 bit server. The old server is running version 11 (can't upgrade to vers 12+ due to 32 bit). Will I need to run vers 11 on the new server initially, for the restore to work?

Also, you may want to update this page - https://www.cerberusftp.com/how-to-migrate-cerberus-ftp-from-one-server-to-another/page/2/ - to note it's been superseded by this article.

Craig, you should be able to update your 32bit v11 Cerberus to 64bit v12. v12 will not run on Windows Server 2008, so if your OS is too old, you will need use v11 to do the migration to the new server, then update it on the new server to v12. If you need the latest release of v11, you download it from https://www.cerberusftp.com/support-downloads. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Previous Releases'. There you can see the last release of v11 for download. If you have more detailed questions or need any other assistance, please open a support request at support@cerberusftp.com.

Thanks for the note on the old help page. I will pass that on to the team that manages our site.
